INDEX TO THESES WITH ABSTRACTS is the only comprehensive published listing of British theses accepted annually for higher degrees by some of the most prestigious educational institutions in the world; the Universities of Great Britain and Ireland. Index to Theses has proved to be an exceptional reference tool for major libraries throughout the world. Full text abstracts are included in addition to the bibliographic details. Each title is classified into one of over 300 subdivisions of eleven main subject areas. Author and subject indexes are also provided. Publishers Expert Information recently expanded and enhanced coverage by adding a backfile of theses to the web-based service dating from 1970 back to 1716, providing total bibliographic control.

- Print and online combined subscription – subscribers receive print product published twice a year with accompanying CD-ROM of abstracts, as well as unlimited multi-usage of the web-based service from anywhere within the subscribing organisation.
- Online only subscription – subscribers and all legitimate members of the subscribing institution have unlimited, multi-usage of the web-based service from anywhere within the subscribing organisation.
- Print subscription – subscribers receive print product published twice a year with accompanying CD-ROM of abstracts
